Includes 2 visits/month. Additional visits: $40.

Care Packages (Pay Upfront)
Packages are prepaid blocks of established follow-up visits. They’re best when you prefer to pay upfront for a short-term plan. For ongoing care and the best monthly value, memberships typically win.
