You do not need to choose your own treatment.

Most people come in with a symptom, not a service request. Your first visit helps determine whether chiropractic adjustments, spinal decompression, custom orthotics, home guidance, referral, or another next step makes the most sense.

  • We listen to your story and goals first.
  • We examine before recommending care.
  • We explain findings in plain English.
  • We recommend conservative options before complicated ones.
  • We refer or recommend urgent evaluation when symptoms suggest another provider should be involved.

Core services

The main tools we use to help you move better

These are the primary services Balanced Chiropractic uses to reduce pain, improve movement, and support long-term function.

Start with what hurts

Find the right page based on your symptoms

If you are not sure which service fits, start with the symptom pattern closest to what you are experiencing.

Care built around your life

Specialized care for work, sport, family, and daily movement

Many people start with pain, but the plan needs to fit real life: work demands, sports, lifting, pregnancy, family routines, and the activities you want to keep doing.

Why patients choose Balanced

Services are only helpful when the plan makes sense.

At Balanced Chiropractic, the visit starts with understanding the person, not selling a service. You should know what we found, why it matters, what options fit, and what progress should look like.

  • Clear explanations before treatment.
  • Comfort-first technique choices.
  • Conservative plans with realistic checkpoints.
  • No pressure-based contracts or one-size-fits-all schedules.
  • Referral guidance when your symptoms suggest another provider should be involved.

Safety first

When chiropractic may not be the first step

Conservative care includes knowing when to pause, refer, or recommend a different next step. If your symptoms suggest urgent care, imaging, or another provider, we will tell you.

Seek urgent evaluation for red flags Progressive weakness, numbness in the groin or saddle area, loss of bowel or bladder control, fever with severe pain, unexplained weight loss, major trauma, chest pain, or symptoms that are rapidly worsening should be checked right away.
Not sure whether chiropractic fits? That is a good reason to start with an exam. If care is appropriate, we will explain your options. If not, we will help point you in the right direction.

FAQs

Common questions about our services

Quick answers to the questions many patients ask before scheduling.

Do I need to know what service I need before scheduling?
No. Start with the exam. We will help determine whether chiropractic adjustments, spinal decompression, custom orthotics, home guidance, referral, or another next step makes the most sense for your exam findings and goals.
Do I need an adjustment, decompression, or orthotics?
It depends on what is driving your symptoms and what your exam shows. Adjustments may help when joint motion and stiffness are involved, decompression may be considered when disc or nerve irritation fits the pattern, and orthotics may help when foot mechanics contribute to stress in the feet, knees, hips, or back.
What happens at the first visit?
The first visit includes a thorough history, movement-based exam, explanation of findings, and clear recommendations. When appropriate, conservative care may begin the same day. Learn more on the New Patients page.
How many visits will I need?
That depends on how long the problem has been present, how irritable it is, your exam findings, your goals, and how your body responds. We use realistic checkpoints so the plan stays measurable.
Is spinal decompression safe?
For the right candidates, spinal decompression is designed to be gentle and conservative. We screen for red flags and contraindications before recommending decompression.
Do you offer custom orthotics?
Yes. If your exam suggests foot mechanics may be contributing to foot, ankle, knee, hip, or back stress, we can fit custom orthotics and guide you through a break-in plan.
Can you help athletes and active adults?
Yes. We work with athletes, lifters, runners, workers, and active adults who want to reduce pain, improve movement, and support training or daily activity.
When should chiropractic not be the first step?
Seek urgent evaluation for progressive weakness, numbness in the groin or saddle area, loss of bowel or bladder control, fever with severe pain, unexplained weight loss, major trauma, chest pain, or symptoms that are rapidly worsening.
