Book Your Visit at Balanced Chiropractic

Simple scheduling. Clear next steps. No guessing.

You do not need to know exactly what service you need before scheduling. Most new patients start with an evaluation so we can listen, examine, explain what we find, and help decide whether chiropractic adjustments, spinal decompression, custom orthotics, home guidance, referral, or another next step makes the most sense.

Pricing

Clear cost before care

Your cost depends on the visit type and services needed. We keep pricing clear and review recommendations before care begins.

Care fit

If chiropractic is not right, we will say so

If your history or exam suggests imaging, referral, urgent evaluation, or another provider would be a better first step, we will explain why.

Trust

Book with confidence

Patients often mention clear explanations, feeling listened to, no-pressure recommendations, and a welcoming office experience.

Safety first

When to seek urgent care instead of booking online

Conservative care includes knowing when chiropractic should not be the first step. If symptoms suggest urgent evaluation, do not wait for a routine appointment.

Seek urgent evaluation for red flags Progressive weakness, numbness in the groin or saddle area, loss of bowel or bladder control, fever with severe pain, unexplained weight loss, major trauma, chest pain, or symptoms that are rapidly worsening should be checked right away.
Not urgent, but unsure? If symptoms are not an emergency but you are unsure where to start, book an evaluation or call the office. We will help determine whether conservative care is appropriate.

Booking FAQs

Quick answers before you schedule

These are the most common booking questions patients ask before their first visit.

What appointment type should I choose?
If you are new to Balanced Chiropractic, choose a New Patient visit so there is enough time for your history, exam, explanation, and recommendations. Returning patients can choose a follow-up visit. If you are unsure, use the main online booking link or call the office.
Do I need to know exactly what service I need before booking?
No. Most new patients start with an evaluation. We will help determine whether chiropractic adjustments, spinal decompression, custom orthotics, home guidance, referral, or another option makes the most sense.
How long is the first visit?
New patient visits are usually longer than follow-up visits so there is time to listen, examine, explain findings, and discuss options. Many first visits are usually around 20–30 minutes, depending on the case.
Can I receive treatment on the first visit?
Often, yes, when care is appropriate, safe, and you are comfortable moving forward. If imaging, referral, or another next step is more appropriate, we will explain why.
Do you take walk-ins?
Scheduling is recommended so we can reserve enough time and give you our full attention. For urgent scheduling needs, call the office and we will do our best to help.
How much does a visit cost?
Pricing depends on the visit type and services needed. We keep pricing clear and upfront and review recommendations before care begins. Visit Pricing for details.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Bring any imaging reports you already have, if available, and a short list of your top questions or goals.
What if I need to reschedule?
Please call the office as soon as possible so we can help you find another time and offer the original appointment time to another patient.
