We assess how your body moves—not just where it hurts—to find what’s driving the problem.

    Targeted orthopedic + neurological testing

Focused tests to rule out red flags and clarify what’s irritated (muscle, joint, nerve, disc, etc.).

  5. 5
    Clear findings + plan

We explain what we found, what it means, and what we recommend—before you decide how to move forward.

  6. 6
    Same-day care (when appropriate)

If it’s safe and clinically appropriate, we may begin conservative care on day one.

FAQs

Quick answers to common questions before you schedule.

How long is the first visit?
Most first visits take about 20–30 minutes. Follow-ups are typically shorter and focused on care + progress checks.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is required. You can schedule directly online or by phone.
What if I’m nervous about getting adjusted?
That’s completely normal. We’ll walk you through every step, explain what we’re doing before we do it, and only use techniques you’re comfortable with.
Do you pressure patients into long-term contracts?
No. We’ll recommend a realistic plan based on your exam findings and goals—without pushy sales tactics or long-term contracts.
Do you take insurance?
We keep things simple with clear, upfront pricing. Many patients use HSA/FSA funds or submit receipts for possible out-of-network reimbursement. For details, see Insurance, Payment, FSA/HSA.
Should I fill out forms before I arrive?
Yes—online forms are recommended to save time. Use New Patient Forms or complete them in office if you prefer.
What should I bring?
Bring a photo ID, any imaging reports you already have (if available), comfortable clothing, and your preferred form of payment.
What happens if chiropractic isn’t right for me?
If your exam suggests you’d be better served by another provider, we’ll explain why and help point you in the right direction.
