FAQs

Quick answers to common questions before you schedule.

Do you pressure patients into long-term contracts?
No. We’ll recommend a realistic plan based on your exam findings and goals—without pushy sales tactics or long-term contracts.
What happens at the first visit?
Your first visit includes a thorough history, movement-based exam, and a clear explanation of findings. If appropriate, we’ll begin conservative care and give you practical next steps for between visits. For details, see What to Expect.
Do you adjust only the spine or also joints like shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles?
Both. We evaluate the spine and relevant joints, then match care to your comfort level and goals—often including extremity adjustments when appropriate.
Do you offer spinal decompression?
Yes. If your exam suggests disc-related irritation or nerve tension, we may recommend spinal decompression as part of a conservative plan. Learn more on our Spinal Decompression page.
