Why Balanced exists

Chiropractic care should feel clear, personal, and never rushed.

Most people do not walk into a chiropractic office because they want a complicated plan. They want to know what is wrong, whether it is serious, what can help, and how to move forward with confidence.

Balanced Chiropractic was built around that experience. We listen first, examine carefully, explain findings in plain English, and recommend conservative care that fits the person in front of us.

You deserve clear answers, realistic options, and a plan that helps you keep doing what you love.

— Dr. Tyler Graham

What makes the experience different

A simpler, more confident way to start care.

The goal is not to make care sound complicated. The goal is to help you understand what is going on and choose the right next step.

We listen first

Your story, goals, work, training, family life, and daily demands all matter before a plan is recommended.

We examine carefully

A movement-based exam helps identify likely drivers and screens for signs that may need imaging or referral.

We explain clearly

You should understand what we found, why it matters, and what options make sense before starting care.

We plan conservatively

Recommendations are built around realistic progress, comfort level, and the simplest option that fits.

Our process

How care works at Balanced Chiropractic

Every patient is different, but the process should feel predictable: listen, evaluate, explain, plan, and measure progress.

1

Start with your story

We review symptoms, goals, what has helped, what has not, and what daily life requires from your body.

2

Connect the dots

We examine movement, joint function, irritation patterns, and red flags so the plan is based on findings.

3

Choose the next step

Care may include adjustments, decompression, orthotics, home guidance, referral, or a combination that fits.

Who we help

Care for real life: work, family, training, sleep, and everyday movement.

Many patients come in because pain has started affecting the things they need or love to do. We help connect symptoms to a clear next step.

Care options

You do not need to choose your own treatment before scheduling.

Most people come in with a symptom, not a service request. We help determine whether chiropractic adjustments, spinal decompression, custom orthotics, home guidance, or another next step makes the most sense.

Chiropractic Adjustments

Specific, goal-based care to improve motion, reduce irritation, and support more confident movement.

Spinal Decompression

Gentle, non-surgical decompression for appropriate disc, nerve, sciatica, or radiating-pain candidates.

Custom-fit support when foot mechanics may be contributing to foot, knee, hip, or low back stress.

What patients consistently mention

People want to feel heard before they feel treated.

Reviews often point to the same themes: clear explanations, a comfortable office, not feeling rushed, and leaving with a plan that makes sense.

Not rushed Care starts with a thorough conversation and exam, not a quick guess.

Comfortable experience A calm office and friendly communication make care easier to start.

Clear care includes knowing when to refer

When chiropractic may not be the first step

Conservative care starts with safety. We screen for red flags and recommend urgent care, imaging, or referral when symptoms suggest something outside the scope of chiropractic care.

Seek urgent evaluation for red flags

Progressive weakness, numbness in the groin or saddle area, loss of bowel or bladder control, fever with severe pain, unexplained weight loss, major trauma, chest pain, shortness of breath, or rapidly worsening symptoms should be checked right away.

Not sure what your symptoms mean?

If your symptoms are not an emergency but you are unsure where to start, an evaluation can help clarify whether conservative care is appropriate or whether another provider should be involved.
